What usage actually costs

Texting & calling
Runs through your connected business line (QUO). Usage is billed by the phone provider at their rates — HomeFront adds no markup.
Card payments
Processed by Square at Square's standard processing rates. HomeFront adds no extra percentage on your payments.
Estimate & system email
Estimate and system email sends through your connected provider. Bulk email campaigns remain draft-only during early access while consent and unsubscribe controls are completed.
AI features
Every plan has a published monthly unit allowance and owners can set a lower hard cap or pause AI entirely. HomeFront blocks the provider call when the limit is reached.
Photos & files
Job photos and files are included with fair use — no per-photo fees.
