Acceptable Use

HomeFront HQ exists so honest service businesses can run tighter operations. If that's you, none of this page will ever apply. But the texting and calling tools are powerful, so here's the short list of hard rules.

Don't do these things

• No spam or cold-blast texting. Never message purchased lists or people who didn't give your business their number. Your customers, your relationships — that's the whole model.
• Respect quiet hours and TCPA/A2P rules. The laws around business texting are real and the fines are ugly. When in doubt, don't send it at 9pm.
• No illegal content. Nothing unlawful, through any feature, ever.
• No harassment. Not of customers, not of teammates, not of anyone.
• No reselling access. Your workspace is for your business. Agencies who want to run HomeFront HQ for clients should talk to us — we have a proper setup for that.

What happens if you break them

Violations can mean suspension — immediately for anything that puts other customers or message deliverability at risk. We'll always tell you why. See the Terms of Service for the full deal.
