Effective July 13, 2026 · HomeFront HQ · support@aelitecleaning.com
HomeFront HQ runs the back office for local service businesses. That means you trust us with your customer list — so here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we'll never do.
What we collect
- Your account info — name, email, company name, and the settings you choose.
- The customer records you enter — contacts, jobs, estimates, invoices, notes. This is your data; we just store it.
- Call and text data from the business phone line you connect. Depending on the features enabled in QUO, this can include message content, call events, recordings, transcripts, and summaries so your inbox, follow-up, and call-insight features work.
- Payment status from Square — paid, unpaid, refunded. Card numbers never touch our servers; Square handles those end-to-end.
- Authentication and attribution data. We use cookies to keep workspace users logged in. HomeFront does not embed a third-party advertising pixel in the app. If a workspace enables optional server-side ad attribution, we can store advertising click IDs and match data supplied with a lead.
How we use it
One purpose: running your workspace. Your data powers your schedule, your invoices, your automations — nothing else. We don't mine it, profile you with it, or use it to market to your customers.
Optional advertising attribution
A workspace admin can connect Meta or Google Ads conversion reporting. When enabled, HomeFront sends only the fields needed to measure a lead or completed job. Meta can receive hashed email, phone, and name match fields together with click identifiers and the lead request's IP address and browser user-agent. Google Ads reporting uses Google click identifiers and conversion value through the webhook provider the workspace configures. These transfers do not run unless the workspace enables the related integration.
Optional AI features
AI features only run when someone in your workspace uses them or when you enable a related automation. The minimum relevant prompt and workspace context may be sent to Anthropic to produce a draft, summary, or analysis. Do not enable call analysis unless your calling and recording practices comply with the consent laws that apply to you and your customers.
We never sell your data
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your customer list is your business, full stop.
Subprocessors
A small set of infrastructure providers help us run the product. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job:
| Provider | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database + authentication |
| Vercel | Hosting |
| Square | Payment processing |
| QUO | Business texting & calling |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery |
| Google Maps | Address lookup & map features |
| Meta | Optional server-side advertising conversion measurement |
| Google Ads | Optional offline advertising conversion measurement |
| Zapier or a configured webhook provider | Optional advertising conversion delivery |
| Anthropic | Optional AI drafting and analysis features |
Deleting or exporting your data
Email support@aelitecleaning.com and we'll export your workspace or delete it entirely — your call. No retention games, no "are you sure?" gauntlet.
Where your data lives
HomeFront's primary application database is hosted in the United States. Connected providers process the limited data sent to them under their own infrastructure and privacy terms.
