Terms of Service

These are the terms between you and HomeFront HQ. We kept them short enough to actually read, because a deal you don't understand isn't much of a deal.

Early access, in plain English

HomeFront HQ is an early-access product. It's free while we're in early access, and it's provided as-is while we build in public. Features will ship, change, and occasionally wobble — that's the trade for getting in early and shaping what we build.

The founding-price promise

Any founding price you're quoted is honored for at least 12 months after paid billing launches. Getting in early should pay off, not set you up for a rug-pull.

Your data is yours

Everything you put into HomeFront HQ — customers, jobs, invoices, all of it — belongs to you. Want it out? Email us and we'll export your whole workspace, any time, no hoops. Details in our Privacy Policy.

Backups & uptime

We use managed hosting and database providers and take reasonable steps to protect workspace data. We're still early access, so we don't offer an uptime or recovery-time SLA yet. Keep an export of anything business-critical while you beta test; when something breaks, we work to fix it quickly and communicate what happened.

Play fair

Don't abuse the platform — the specifics live in our Acceptable Use policy. We may suspend accounts that break those rules. We'd rather never have to.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to what you've paid us — which, during early access, is $0. We stand behind the product, but we can't insure your business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
